Contract & Kickoff

Sign the service agreement, make initial payment, and schedule kickoff meeting. We set up communication channels and project management tools.

Development & Updates

Regular progress updates via your preferred channel. Weekly demos, milestone reviews, and continuous feedback integration throughout development.

Testing & QA

Comprehensive testing phase including functionality, performance, security, and user acceptance testing before final delivery.

Delivery & Support

Final delivery with complete documentation, source code, and deployment. Includes 30-day warranty period for bug fixes and adjustments.

Contract Terms

Service Agreement

All projects are governed by a written service agreement that clearly defines scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, intellectual property rights, and confidentiality obligations.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights, including source code, designs, and documentation, are transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

We sign NDA agreements at client request. All project information, business data, and proprietary materials are kept strictly confidential and secure.

Warranties

30-day warranty period for bug fixes and technical issues. Extended maintenance and support packages available on monthly or annual basis.

Payment Terms

Project-Based Payment Schedule

  • 50% upfront - Due upon contract signing to initiate the project
  • 25% at milestone - Due when 50% of development is completed
  • 25% on delivery - Due upon final delivery and approval

Hourly Rate Payment

  • Billed weekly or bi-weekly based on tracked hours
  • Detailed time reports provided with each invoice
  • Payment due within 7 days of invoice date

Long-term Engagement

  • Monthly retainer billed at the beginning of each month
  • Flexible hour allocation with rollover options
  • 30-day notice period for contract termination

Accepted Payment Methods

Bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT), PayPal, Wise, cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH). All prices quoted in USD or EUR.

  • Slack, Discord, or Teams for daily communication
  • Weekly video calls for progress updates

All projects include a 30-day warranty period starting from final delivery. We fix any bugs, technical issues, or defects at no additional cost during this period.
